- Dedicated Quality team to oversee Quality Use of Medicines (QUM), Residential Medication Management Review (RMMR) and clinical intervention programs.

COVID-19
During these difficult times we are here to help our team members, customers and patients and have put in place the following:

Business Continuity Plans
Continuously reviewing and updating our Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to ensure we are prepared for a variety of potential scenarios.

COVIDSafe Response Plan
Implemented and updated appropriate COVID Safe Plans which include good hygiene practices, face mask protocols and education for team members to prevent the spread of the disease.

Cleaning and Sanitisation
Implemented additional cleaning and sanitisation of our sites, particiularly for high-contact areas and counters.

Continued Support
Support and service for our customers via phone, email and in store/on site, only when safe to do so, to reduce risk of exposure and transmission of COVID-19.

Screening Requirements
Site Visitors are restricted to those critical to ongoing business continuity and only admitted after meeting screening requirements. Visitors will be denied access if there is any COVID risk.
